Minister of Public Services of the Republic of Uganda visited the Alley of Honor and the Alley of Martyrs

On September 22, 2018, a delegation led by Wilson Muruli Mukasa, the Minister of Public Services of Uganda, commemorated national leader Heydar Aliyev at the Alley of Honor and laid a wreath on his grave.

A memory of the well-known ophthalmologist, academician, Zarifa Aliyeva was also honoured and flowers were laid on her grave.

Then the guests commemorated heroic soldiers of the Motherland died for the freedom and sovereignty of Azerbaijan, and laid a wreath at the "Eternal Torch" monument in the Alley of Martyrs.

On September 20-23, 2018, a delegation led by Wilson Muruli Mukasa, the Minister of Public Services of Uganda, is on a visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan at the invitation of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
