Sabirabad "ASAN service" center has been awarded with an international certificate in accordance with OHSAS 18001: 2007 standards
On February 19, 2014, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been awarded with an international certificate ISO 9001: 2008 standard in the direction of the efficiency and citizen satisfaction applying to the “ASAN service” centers which is connected with taking into account the rights and interests of citizens.
On December 15, 2014, the State Agency and Sabirabad "ASAN service" center has been awarded with an international certificate in accordance with OHSAS 18001: 2007 standards. The main requirement of the standard is establishment of safe administrative buildings and healthy work environment at the centers, provision of effective, transparent and efficient services by employees, at the same time, take into consideration the necessary measures to complete safety of the citizens and ensure quality services. According to the core requirements with estimation by international experts it was decided that the administrative building was built with the international standards within the State Agency and Sabirabad "ASAN service" center.
The State Agency and “ASAN service” centers by continuously improvement the performance have taken important steps towards compliance with OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.
Legal and practical bases of Management System at the State Agency and Sabirabad “ASAN service” center have been directed to the achievement of high level commitment of implementation and a result of citizen satisfaction which fixed in the decrees of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Also, standard guides the high level of organization and constant improvement of services by the 10 state agencies.
