96 judicial bodies have been integrated into “ASAN Pay” system


State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan continues to expand the scope of "ASAN Pay" system.

As a result of cooperation of the State Agency with the Ministry of Justice in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Deepening Reforms in Judicial-Legal System" dated April 3, 2019, the payments of 21 types of services of the 96 judicial bodies have been integrated into "ASAN Pay" system through the "Electronic Judicial Information System". As of now, state duties for the court statement of claim, fees for the statement of claim for the disputable tax payments, appointment of third parties to the subject matter of claims - fees for applications for the determination of legally significant facts and many other such frequent payments can be carried out behind the computer by saving the time without going anywhere.

The work on the implementation of payments of state duties through the multifunctional "ASAN Pay" system during appeals to the Baku City and District Courts, administrative-economic, grave crimes, appeal courts, and the Supreme Court has been successfully completed.

The state information system "ASAN Pay" was created in accordance with the Decree № 110 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 11, 2014.

At present, payments of 219 state institutions such as administrative fines, duties, utilities, leasing, loans, rental fees, including 30 central executive powers, 79 local executive powers, 96 judicial bodies, 7 public legal entities, and 7 state-owned legal entities, as well payments of over 442 services in other areas can be carried out through the “ASAN Pay” system.

The relevant payments can be done by cash or cashless through the www.asanpay.az payment portal, mobile applications and terminals, "E-Gov" portal, more than 10,000 payment terminals connected to the system, the most advanced payment portals in the country, as well as internet and mobile banking services.
