ASAN Service and ASAN Communal will not be functioning on November 9.

On November 9, “ASAN Service” and ASAN Communal Centers will not be functioning on occasion of The Day of the State Flag of Azerbaijan. As of November 10 and 11, citizens will be able to avail the proper services by approaching the ASAN Service centers, as well as ASAN Communal respectively. Sunday is a non-working day at ASAN Communal Centers.

Currently, 15 ASAN Service centers are functioning, 5 out which are located in the capital of Azerbaijan, while 10 are located in Sumgayit, Ganja, Sabirabad,Barda, Gabala, Masalli, Guba, Mingachevir, Imishli and Sheki. Moreover, 2 ASAN Communal Centers also offer utilities services to citizens.
