State Agency issues the next warning to the legal entities and natural persons

During the next analysis of the data recorded on the "System for Obtaining Permits and Monitoring During the Implementation of the Special Quarantine Regime", it was determined that some legal entities and natural persons canceled about 50,000 unnecessary permits, based on the warning issued on April 8, 2020,

However, It was determined that more than 100,000 permits registered by a number of legal entities and natural persons without an employment or service contract remained active on the portal permission.e-gov.az

Over the past period, the portal was improved more, new functional opportunities were created for users, and natural persons and legal entities were allowed to keep a specific record of their legal relations (employment and service contracts) with the people they place in the system.

It is required from the officials of legal entities and natural persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities to register people who have previously signed service contracts with those they have included in the system by using the new functionality of the portal until April 13, 2020.
 

Registered permits without employment contracts by legal entities and natural persons or service contracts registered on the portal icaze.e-gov.az will be automatically canceled from April 13, 2020.
