Japan Delegates in “ASAN service”

The delegates of the Embassy of Japan in Azerbaijan Republic got acquainted with the operation of “ASAN service” center.

Deputy Chairperson of the State Agency for Service to Citizens and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Salmanov informed the guests about the goals and activities of the “ASAN service” centers. It was reported that in terms of improving transparency and applying modern innovations, significant achievements have been made in the field of ensuring efficient state administration with the creating of “ASAN service”.

At the same time, it was emphasized that the State Agency was awarded the United Nations Public Services Award in 2015, the UN special award in the field of public services development with the application of digital management in 2019, and within the framework of “Global Government Excellency Award” to the “World’s Most Advanced State Service” in 2023. Besides the successful implementation of the “ASAN service” model in various countries, a broad discussion was held on cooperation with the relevant institutions of Japan in the fields of activity of the State Agency.
