“ASAN service” model presented at international event


An event focusing on "reforms in the field of Public Administration in the Eastern Partnership countries" was organized by the European Union, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the Management Development Support Program (SIGMA), and the Government of Georgia in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The event was attended by representatives from various organizations, including the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The primary objective of the event was to raise awareness about the reforms implemented in the field of Public Administration in Eastern Partnership countries and to facilitate the exchange of views on best practices in this area.

Within this context, the principles, and goals of reforms in Azerbaijan were elucidated, with a particular focus on the "ASAN service" concept, recognized as the best practice in public service delivery. The representative of the state agency discussed the "ASAN service" model, the "ASAN Service Index," the Electronic Register of Public Services, and the role of assessment methods in enhancing service quality. The presentation underscored that the establishment of the "ASAN service" is an integral part of the reforms spearheaded by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Ensuring citizen satisfaction and accessibility of services in public service delivery was highlighted as a primary objective of the "ASAN service."
