Joint webinar held by "ASAN Service" and BSEC secretariat

A joint webinar on "Quality Management in Public Service Delivery" was organized by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC) Secretariat through the Working Group on Institutional Reforms and Good Governance.
The primary aim of the webinar was to facilitate the exchange of experiences among government institutions of member states regarding quality management systems in public service delivery, citizen satisfaction, and the implementation of innovative solutions.
Within the framework of the program, alongside representatives of the State Agency, officials from relevant state institutions of different countries made  extensive presentations at various sessions answering questions. The BSEC Secretariat emphasized the significant role of such webinars in promoting effective exchange of experiences among the member states of the organization. 
It is worth noting that based on its advanced experience in the relevant field, the State Agency was selected as the national coordinator for the BSEC Working Group on Institutional Reforms and Good Governance for the period 2023-2025.
