“ASAN service” presented at a forum in Germany

A representative of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan traveled to Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany, to participate in the "Forum of Azerbaijani Engineers Living in Europe" at the invitation of the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora.

Within the framework of the forum, a detailed presentation was delivered on “ASAN Service” as well as other areas of activity of the Agency, and information was provided about the broad application of this experience in foreign countries.

It was emphasized that currently cooperation is being carried out with more than 20 countries and international organizations in sharing the “ASAN Service” experience. It was also noted that the Agency was awarded the United Nations Public Service Award in 2015, and in 2019 received a special award from the UN for the development of public services through the application of digital governance.

The forum was also addressed by Elshad Aliyev, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora; Farid Jafarov, Deputy Minister of Culture; Nasimi Aghayev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Germany; Yusif Abdullayev, Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO); and other representatives.
