Russian delegation at “ASAN Service”

A delegation led by Aleksey Klimov, Director of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, visited the “ASAN” Service center.

The guests were provided with detailed information about the purposes of the creation of ASAN service and the various areas of activity of the State Agency.

The State Agency's receipt of the United Nations Public Service Award in 2015, a special award in 2019 for developing public services through digital governance, and its selection as the “World’s Leading Public Service” in the 2023 Global Government Excellence Award Program was also highlighted.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that the ASAN service model has been successfully implemented in various countries.

The guests expressed their high appreciation of the “ASAN Service” concept, stating that the activities carried out by the State Agency in the fields of public services and social innovations had made a positive impression on them.

Additionally, the representatives from the Russian Federation familiarized themselves with the activities of the “INNOLAND” Incubation and Acceleration Center, “ABAD”, and Mobile “ASAN Service”.
