Mobile ASAN service provided to Khojaly residents

During the local anti-terrorism operations conducted by the Azerbaijani Army, the liberated Malibayli and Gushchular villages in Shusha region were incorporated into the administrative territory of the Khojaly region, in accordance with a law signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In accordance with the appeal of the Khojaly Region Executive Authority, the need has arisen to update the permanent registration addresses for the residents of the specified villages.

With this purpose, special mobile groups were formed by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Through the mobile “ASAN Service”, registration services will be provided to over 150 residents from these villages who are currently residing in the Gilavar sanatorium of  Pirshagi settlement of Sabunchu district, as well as in the Shusha settlement in Ramana.

The primary objective of deploying the mobile “ASAN Service” is to deliver state services to citizens more efficiently through innovative methods, ensure  and achieve citizen satisfaction.
