Kyrgyz Republic delegation at “ASAN Service”

On July 25, 2024, a delegation from the Kyrgyz Republic, led by Klim Omelchenko, Deputy Minister of Digital Development, consisting of officials from various institutions, became acquainted with the activities of “ASAN Service” center to familiarize themselves with its operations.

Jeyhun Salmanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, provided the guests with detailed information about the objectives of ASAN Service and its other areas of activity.

It was also emphasized that the Agency received United Nations Public Service Award in 2015, UN special award for advancing public services through digital governance in 2019, and was selected as “World’s Most Advanced Public Service” within the Global Government Excellence Award Programme in 2023.

During the meeting, the importance of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the State Agency and the Kyrgyz Republic's Ministry of Digital Development was emphasized.  Both sides agreed to prepare a joint action plan to strengthen cooperation within the frame work of implementing the relevant document.

The guests highly praised the “ASAN service” concept and stated that the activities carried out in the fields of public service delivery and social innovation left a very positive impression on them.

The delegation also familiarized themselves with the activities of the “INNOLAND” Incubation and Acceleration Center, “ABAD”, "Bilim Bakı", and Mobile “ASAN Service”.
