“ASAN Service” holds event to mark Victory Day

The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan held an event on the occasion of November 8 – Victory Day. During the event, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency, met with employees of “ASAN service” who are family members of martyrs, ghazis and war veterans.
The meeting was attended by members of families whose two children, spouse, and child have been martyred.
First, the cherished memory of our martyrs was honored with a one-minute silence, followed by the national anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency, noted that every citizen of Azerbaijan, as well as every Azerbaijani living around the world, feels a sense of pride in the glorious victory of Karabakh. He highlighted that the cherished memory of the heroic sons of the Motherland who sacrificed their lives on this path is always honored, while matters concerning our war veterans remain under special attention at all times.
Bayram Asgarov, father of Patriotic War Hero martyr Intigam Asgarli and martyr Nurlan Asgarli, emphasized that the families of martyrs are always shown special attention and care by the state.
Later, the certificates related to donations to the “YASHAT” foundation on behalf of the State Agency were presented to the family members of martyrs, war veterans and employees who participated in the war.
Let’s remember that nearly 300 family members of martyrs and war veterans, as well as employees of war veteran status work at “ASAN Service”.
