Networking Event Held: “Social Change Through Artificial Intelligence”
On June 5, 2025, an ideas competition titled “Social Change Through Artificial Intelligence” was held in the Gusar district. The event was co-organized by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan and was dedicated to the “Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty.”
The purpose of the event was to enhance the application of predictive analytics and artificial intelligence tools to implement a proactive approach in public services, foster an innovation-driven management culture within state institutions, expand inter-agency networking, and instill innovative thinking.
The program included a team-building activity, a workshop titled “Parallel Realities and History,” and a panel discussion featuring the leadership of both agencies on the topic “State and Artificial Intelligence: From Technology to Strategic Tool”. Additionally, an ideas competition was conducted, covering themes such as the design of personalized and inclusive AI-based services, improving workplace efficiency, expanding citizens' access to social rights, and forecasting social needs.
In total, 20 teams comprised of employees from both agencies competed in the contest.
Based on the evaluation criteria, which included the application of an innovative approach, social impact, AI-based solutions, efficiency, and presentation skills, the “İnnovasiya karvanı” (“Innovation Caravan”) team took first place, followed by the “Texno vətən” (“Techno-Motherland”) team in second place, and the “Xidmət 360” (“Service 360”) team in third place.
The winners were awarded diplomas and prizes.
