"ASAN Service" 108 Call Center Reaches 10 Million Inquiries


The 108 Call Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has officially registered its 10,000,000th inquiry.
Since its launch on February 1, 2013, the 108 Call Center has served as a vital information hub, providing support regarding the operations of "ASAN Service" centers, "ASAN Kommunal," the "ABAD" public legal entity, and the State Housing Development Agency (MİDA). In addition to providing information, the center manages the intake of feedback, complaints, and suggestions related to these services. The facility is equipped with noise-canceling workstations, state-of-the-art computing infrastructure, comprehensive legal databases, and real-time information systems. By utilizing the advanced Sipline Call Center system and modern telephony, the center ensures uninterrupted, high-quality service delivery.
To date, the center has handled a total of 10,000,000 inquiries, with an average daily volume exceeding 5,000 calls.
Currently, live agent support is available at the 108 Call Center from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00. Outside of these hours, as well as on holidays and weekends, an automated voice response system provides information to callers.
Users can access these services free of charge by dialing 108 from any landline telephone in any region of Azerbaijan.
