Over 700,000 Applications Processed at Balakan “ASAN Service” Center in Five Years!
The Balakan Regional “ASAN Service” center was inaugurated on July 29, 2020, with the participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The center, which officially commenced operations on August 17, 2020, provides services not only to approximately 284,000 citizens registered in the Balakan, Zagatala, and Gakh districts but to all citizens of the country without territorial restrictions.
A total of approximately 400 types of services are rendered at the center by various government agencies, as well as private companies and enterprises.
Since the beginning of its operations, the Balakan Regional “ASAN Service” Center has processed approximately 712,000 citizen applications.
To ensure citizen comfort, the center features an “ASAN Café” and a children's play area.
Throughout the center’s period of activity, approximately 400 volunteers have successfully completed their service.
To date, there are 28 “ASAN Service” centers in operation. Seven of these are located in Baku, two each in Ganja and Sumgayit, with others situated in Sabirabad, Barda, Gabala, Masally, Guba, Mingachevir, Imishli, Shaki, Shamakhi, Kurdamir, Tovuz, Agjabadi, Balakan, Salyan, Nakhchivan, Lankaran, and Shusha.
Currently, “ASAN Service” centers have received over 88 million applications from more than 9 million 79 thousand citizens.
According to public opinion surveys, the citizen satisfaction rate for the services provided is 99.9%.
