"ASAN service" is going to serve to the residents of the burned building
According to the order by Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, residents, whose documents burned during the fire at the high-rise building situated in the district Binagadi, will avail services rendered within the Mobile ASAN service. The Mobile services are provided by relevant government agencies.
These services include the following and other necessary documentations:
- Notary service;
- State registration of acts of civil status;
- Issuance and renewal of identity cards;
- Issuance and renewal of passport of citizen;
- Renewal of driving licenses;
- Issuance of extracts, technical passports about initial and re- registration of the ownership rights on apartments;
- Issuance of reference note of state registration about restriction (encumbrance) of rights and description over the real estate;
- Issuance of extracts and technical passports for re-registration of the ownership rights on private houses.
Should be noted, that services will be implemented since May 22, 2015, by the Mobile vehicles and capacious busses near the headquarters created within the Ministry of Emergency Situations in connection with the fire.
Working schedule of the Mobile ASAN service:
Monday – Friday, from 10:00 am till 08:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 am till 05:00 pm (without lunch break)
