Health reference required for wedlock is available at “ASAN service” center

Now citizens who want to get married can get a health reference from the Republic Diagnostics Center that functions at Baku “ASAN service” center No. 5 in the frame of the pilot project.

Required documents for getting a reference:

• Identification documents of citizens who want to get married;
• A copy of the completed application form for the registration of wedlock.

The health reference is issued to citizens within 5 working days and free of fee.

Need to note, only citizens who apply for wedlock within “ASAN service” centers will be able to take advantage of this service.
