Mobile “ASAN service” In Yevlakh
According to assignment of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan large mobile buses provided with the modern technological equipment are continuing to serve citizens for delivering public services where the stationary “ASAN service” centers are presently absent and to benefit from services without coming to service centers.
More than 200 000 residents of Yevlakh and Mingachevir region will benefit from mobile “ASAN service” in the 5-21 September of current year in Yevlakh city. Mobile services are issued by Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Interior, State Land and Cartography Committee, State Social Protection Fund and State Committee on Property Issues.
The following services are rendered:
- Notary service;
- Issuance and renewal of identity cards;
- Issuance and renewal of passport of citizen;
- Renewal of driving licenses;
- Issuance of reference note on information about land cadaster;
- Determining occupational pensions;
- Issuance of extracts about registration (except the initial registration) of the ownership rights on apartments;
- Issuance of reference note of state registration about restriction (encumbrance) of rights and description over the real estate;
- Issuance of extracts and technical passports for re-registration of the ownership rights on private houses.
The main aims of realization of “Mobile service” are to deliver of public services to citizens in a comfortable, new and modern form, to ensure the accessibility for citizens and to achieve citizen satisfaction.
