Mobile service starts its activity
From the 3rd of February 2014, State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan starts to carry out mobile services within a pilot project within the Baku city.
Meaning of intra-city mobile service is to benefit from services without leaving work place or place of residence via making an extra payment as stipulated in the national legislation. So, required documents for rendering the services and documents to be issued to individual as a result of service can receive or handover in his/her workplace or place of residence.
Coverage area:
Within a pilot project - Narimanov district of Baku city
The following services are rendered within the intra-city mobile “ASAN service”;
Issuance and renewal of identity cards;
Issuance and renewal of passport of citizen;
Renewal of driving licenses;
Issuance of reference note about the conviction;
Registration of operations on real estate;
State registration of civil status acts;
Work regime:
Monday-Saturday: 10:00-19:00
Order of service:
Order of service is carried out by 108 “Call” center.
Service fee of intra-city mobile service:
Bilateral service (receiving of documents and delivering of prepared document) – 90 AZN service fee;
Unilateral service (delivering of prepared document) – 50 AZN service fee;
Wedlock registration and solemn wedlock – 150 AZN service fee;
Solemn wedlock – 100 AZN service fee;
Note: State fees, penalties and service fees determined by normative legal acts do not include to the above-mentioned service fee of order.
The intra-city mobile “ASAN service” is offered free of charge for handicapped citizens and children with limited health care to ensure the social solidarity.
