Heads of structural units of State Agency participated in the training "Strategic Management and Leadership in Modernity".

Heads of structural units of State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan participated in the training about the topic of "Strategic Management and Leadership in Modernity".

In the training within the framework of partnership with the companies of UK “Strategy Execution” and “Duke Corporate Education” and conducted by Jonathan Gilbert firstly perspectives was taught about strategy formation and its management. Also information about organizational structure, culture of corporate governance, the use of targets and metrics to achieve results, strategy implementation and other topics was provided.

Afterwards, the main direction of activity of the Strategic Plan of State Agency for 2020-2022, activity portfolio and strategic outlook were brought to the attention. At the same time, the main principles, strategic goals and objectives, which are the guidelines for provision of services and organization of activities, were discussed.

At the end, the participants’ various suggestions and ideas were listened.
