"Permitting and Monitoring System during the Implementation of the Special Quarantine Regime" will be active until the relevant date related extension of the special quarantine regime in the Republic of Azerbaijan until May 4, 2020.

In order to ensure the convenience of registered public and private organizations and the sustainability of their work process in connection with the issuance of permits for employees during the special quarantine regime, all permits registered on the portal permit.e-gov.az are extended until May 4, 2020. In addition, new permits, existing permits may be revoked, or the deadline for employees may expire.

At the same time, the special code indicating the purpose of the permit and serial number of the ID card should be sent from the mobile number by the citizen via SMS to the short number 8103 in order to get permit about leaving home.

Citizens can address to the Call Center of “ASAN service” about the questions regarding the rules of using the SMS permission system and questions related to sending SMS.

Leaving the house is forbidden for the people over 65.
