On 12th of September, 2014, Director of the Estonian Center of Eastern Partnership Marge Mardisalu-Kahar was acquainted with the building and functioning of the “ASAN service” center No.3 of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Guest was given information about the aim of the ASAN service centers, services rendered, history of development, as well as the future plans. It was noted that the aim of activities of “ASAN service” centers is to provide comfort, ensure transparency, eliminate corruption, apply modern technology, and form up new thinking as to relations between citizens and civil servants.
At the same time, Innovative equipment applied at the center - "Appeal kiosk," "E-application" and others were introduced to the guests.
It was noted that more than 2 750 000 citizens have been served at “ASAN service” centers.
