"ASAN service" experience in Islamic Development Bank member countries

On March 1, 2023, the president of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), Mohammad Suleyman Al-Jasir, got acquainted with the activities of the "ASAN service" center.

Within the framework of the meeting with Mr. Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Service to Citizens and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, discussions were held on the ongoing successful cooperation with IDB regarding implementing the "ASAN service" experience in Central Asian countries.

The meeting was followed by the signing Memorandum of Understanding between the State Agency and the IDB "On cooperation on strengthening the provision of public services in Islamic Development Bank member states, benefiting from the experience of "ASAN service" of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The memorandum aims to support IDB member countries that want to apply the "ASAN service" practice. So, the financial expenses of the relevant countries in this direction will be covered by the IDB.

The guest got acquainted with the activities of the "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center, the "Bilim Baku" center, and the Mobile ASAN service bus.
