“ASAN service” Brand Introduced in Korea

An international event took place in Seoul, Republic of Korea, as part of the "Strengthening the capacity for innovation in administration and digitization of public services" project.

The event was co-organized by the United Nations Development Program, the Astana Public Service Center, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Security of the Republic of Korea, and the National Information Society Agency.

The representative of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan discussed the project's subsequent phase, emphasizing the exchange of experiences in employing design thinking in public services. This phase pertains to the development of smart solutions and the integration of cutting-edge technologies within Azerbaijan's public sector. Moreover, the representative highlighted that the "ASAN service" brand is now being shared with other nations as an intellectual product, underscoring the successful incorporation of global technological trends.

Beyond Azerbaijan, the event, attended by over 30 representatives from eight countries, also included a tour of Seoul's Smart City Management Center and the Free Economic Zone of Incheon.
