Croatia seeks to adopt the "ASAN Service" model

A delegation led by Ivan Malenitsa, the Minister of Justice and Public Administration of the Republic of Croatia, recently visited the "ASAN Service" center to explore the application of this innovative model.

During their visit, the delegation was informed about the diverse activities of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including insights into the operations of "ASAN Service" centers. It was highlighted that substantial achievements have been made in enhancing effective public administration through the establishment of "ASAN Service", contributing to heightened transparency and the integration of modern innovations.

Furthermore, the delegation was informed about the numerous awards received by the State Agency, notably the United Nations Public Services Award in 2015, the UN Special Award in the field of public services development with the introduction of digital management in 2019, and the "World's Most Advanced Public Service" Award within the framework of the "Global Government Excellence Award" Program in 2023. The ongoing collaboration with more than 20 countries and international organizations to share the "ASAN Service" experience was underscored.

Expressing keen interest, the Croatian Minister proposed signing a contract to implement the "ASAN Service" experience in Croatia.

Additionally, the Croatian guests had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the operations of key institutions, including the "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center, ASAN Innovative Development Center, "ABAD," and the "Bilim Baku" Center.
