Belarus is studying "ASAN service" experience.
On February 1, 2024, a delegation led by the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, Natalya Filippova, who is visiting our country, familiarized themselves with the "ASAN service" center.
The purpose of the meeting, initiated by the Belarusian side, was to discuss the implementation of the "ASAN service" concept in their country and to become acquainted with the projects implemented in the field of social innovation and public service delivery by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
As part of the visit, a meeting was held between the Chairman of the State Agency, Ulvi Mehdiyev, and the representative of the delegation. The guests were provided with detailed information about the objectives of establishing "ASAN service" centers and the activities undertaken. It was highlighted that significant achievements have been made in ensuring effective public administration through the establishment of "ASAN service," particularly in terms of increasing transparency and implementing modern innovations.
It was noted that the State Agency received the United Nations (UN) Public Service Award in 2015, the UN Special Award in 2019 for the development of public services through digital management applications, and the "World's Most Advanced" award in 2023 under the "Global Government Excellence Award" Program.
Following the discussions, an agreement was reached to sign a memorandum of understanding to share the experience of "ASAN service" with the Belarusian side.
The delegation was presented with a comprehensive overview of service design and innovative solutions applied in the relevant field by the state agency.
Additionally, the guests had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the mobile ASAN service, the 108 Call Center, the "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center, the ASAN Innovative Development Center, "ABAD," and the "Bilim Baku" Center.
