“ASAN service” Model Exported to the Largest Muslim Country
In Jakarta, the delegation from the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan was given an extensive presentation on the operations of the Citizen Service Center, which operates based on the “ASAN Service” model.
The Jakarta service center was established as a result of trainings organized for Indonesian officials at “ASAN Service” centers over the years and the sharing of innovative solutions applied there, based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the State Agency and the relevant Indonesian ministry.
Welcoming the delegation, the Head of the Jakarta Public Service Center noted that more than 300 services are provided at the center.
Highlighting the high level of satisfaction with the services implemented at the center, the Indonesian side emphasized that citizens are provided with ID cards, passports, migration, tax, licensing, and other types of services.
Self-service kiosks, a children's play area, and a cafe operate at the center to ensure the comfort of citizens.
The Director of the center expressed gratitude to the State Agency for the continuous support provided in establishing and developing the center's operations.
