“ASAN Service” Co-organized Forum with the Indonesian Government
During the visit of the delegation from the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Indonesia, a “Knowledge Exchange Forum” was held.
The forum, organized by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reforms of the Republic of Indonesia, was attended by more than 200 representatives, including 38 senior officials from the provinces and various cities of the country.
In his opening remarks, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the Agency emphasized the positive relations between Azerbaijan and Indonesia, highlighting the importance of centers operating under the “ASAN Service” model in enhancing efficiency and citizen satisfaction.
He expressed readiness to support the establishment of new centers across Indonesian cities and provinces from now on as well.
Afterwards, a representative of the State Agency delivered an extensive presentation on the “ASAN Service”concept and the innovative solutions applied in public services.
Pointing out that agreements regarding the export of the “ASAN Service” experience have been signed with more than 20 countries and international organizations, the representative of the State Agency highlighted that the Azerbaijani model is currently being successfully implemented in Indonesia.
Representatives of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reforms of the Republic of Indonesia and Banyuwangi province also spoke during the forum.
