A meeting regarding the “ASAN service” index has been held
There was held a meeting of an assessment group on “ASAN service” index, which established according to the 2nd part of the Decree No.262 on “Establishment of Electronic Registry of State Services” by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Community Council for the Promotion of E-services under the State Agency.
There were discussed about the conduction of assessment process within the Electronic Registry of State Services system, presentation form of subjects and outcomes, improvement of the mechanism.
It was mentioned, that currently, there have been being conducted assessment of over 400 services of Executive Power located in Baku and 10 central Executive Power. The services are evaluated through 7 parameters, 24 criteria and 143 sub-criteria. Awareness of rendered services among the community, the digitalization of service, rendering the service in a short time, integration of information to any system without any documentation from a citizen, affability by civil servants, existence of a mechanism to receive complaints by citizens and its analyzing, access to citizens’ feedback on the services are the factors of increase of “ASAN service” index.
Should note, that the declaration of the assessment results is planned for the end of September of the current year.
