Labor Relations Monitoring Center

The Labor Relations Monitoring Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was established according to Decree No. 1349 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 28, 2017. As a pilot project, the center implements measures in accordance with the directions of actions related to the prevention of informal employment in the construction sector in the city of Baku. In order to implement control measures and coordinate control activities in the field of detection and prevention of informal employment, the identified directions of activity of the Center are as follows:

1.Carrying out mobile monitoring in the field of prevention of informal employment in the construction sector, taking measures to strengthen control over the formalization of labor relations and using modern innovations in the organization of monitoring in this field.

2.Providing methodical assistance to construction activity subjects regarding the prevention of informal employment in the construction sector, advising and giving explanations.

3.Carrying out education, information and propaganda work in the field of prevention of informal employment in the construction sector, ordering social advertisements in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Advertising", issuing special bulletins and other publications.
